Proserv Plumbing takes the training of our technicians very seriously. Our techs represent the quality and expertise that Proserv has stived for over the years. Each technician receives over two years of training befor they ever step foot in a customer's home or property.
Training System
Proserv has developed an in-house training system to ensure our techs are as well prepared for any problem as they can be. In addition to their required technical certification, we train our techs in our internal classrooms. There we have a full lab available, where the students can practice repairs on real equipment, and not in your home. Our lab also makes sure we are keeping all of our staff up to date on the latest technologies like tankless water heaters and trenchless sewer repair.
A tech does not go into the field until we have approved their knowledge and skill level in the classroom and the lab. That way we know you are always getting a true professional when we send someone to your home or business.
